XJY-8250A
Flake Silicone Resin
PIONEER IN SILICONE RESIN
XJY-83350 is a polvester-modifled methylphenyl sllicone resin intermediate used in high-temperature powdeicoatings and liquid coatings.
Slicone resin also has excellent weather reslstance, ozone reslstance, arc reslstance, hydrophobic molstureresistance, salt spray resistance, mildew resistance and other properties. For example, using 20% silicone resinmodified coatings have better water resislance, yellowing resislance and temperature resistance.The wse of a polyester-modifed silicone resin intermediate is aimed at enhancing the temperature resistance andhydrolysis resistance of polyester coatings, as well as improving their hardness. lt can be wsed directly or incomibination with polyesler resins.
CURE CONDITION:
Heat cure, curing at 180-300℃, Recommend heat cure at 220℃or30 minutes;
Mediumn and low bemmperature cure, lt can be cured at room temperaluror low temperaturo by diryer agont hke organotin and phthalate.
