3.1 Silicone oil

The amount of polymerization-modified silicone oil of 0.1% to 1.0% can provide lubricity and wetness to the skin care lotion. After washing with a shampoo containing 0.1%~0.5% water-soluble polyether-modified silicone oil, the combability of dry and wet hair can be significantly improved.

3.3 As surfactants
